Refund policy

We want you to love your Duet pieces! If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with an unboxing video as proof, and we’ll be happy to help.

Please note:

  • Refunds or replacements are only issued for items that are damaged or incorrect.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like change of mind, size issues, or personal preferences.

  • The unboxing video must clearly show the damaged or incorrect item as soon as the package is opened.
