We want you to love your Duet pieces! If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with an unboxing video as proof, and we’ll be happy to help.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like change of mind, size issues, or personal preferences.

The unboxing video must clearly show the damaged or incorrect item as soon as the package is opened.
